George Mason Library Hosts Semi Annual Used Book Sale

The George Mason Regional Library will kick off its semi annual used book sale beginning tomorrow, Thursday, Oct. 21. Co-sponsored by the Friends of the George Mason Regional Library, there will be a total of four book sale dates.

  • Thursday, Oct. 21 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Friday, Oct. 22 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Saturday, Oct. 23 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Sunday, Oct. 24 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The library will close at it's usual time of 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 21 and open at their regular time of 1 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 24, but patrons will still be able to stop by for the book sale at the times listed above.

There will be books from all genres for all ages in multiple conditions, including new, used and rare books available for purchase. In addition to books, videos and CD's will also be for sale.

Volunteers are always needed to help sort the books for the semi annual used book sale. Any adults interested in volunteering should visit the library or call the Friends of George Mason Library at 703- 256-3800 for more information.
