A Poe Middle School business and information technology teacher has submitted an idea through the online community We Are Teachers to win a technology grant for the school. Sponsored by We Are Teachers and Kendall Hunt, the five teachers with the most votes on the site win a Flip camera and $200 for the classroom.

The teacher, Susie Ellis, wants to use the grant to help improve the core subject skills of students at Poe.
