The Annandale campus of Northern Virginia Community College is seeking and collecting donations for the Katherine K. Hanley Family Shelter for their 2010 Help the Homeless Holiday Food/Supply Drive. The items will go toward families who are staying at the shelter until they can find permanent homes.

Donations needed include everyday household items such as toilet paper to soap and other hygiene items, underwear, socks and other clothes to food such as cheeses and soup. All donations will be accepted until Thursday, Dec. 16.
