Annandale High School Orchestras to Host Free Holiday Concert

The orchestras will perform holiday favorites and other musical selections on Tuesday, Dec. 11.

Grab your mittens and holiday hats: the Annandale High School Orchestras will host a free holiday concert next week.

Led by Director Angela Ammerman, the orchestras will perform scenes from the Nutcracker and other holiday themed songs on Tuesday, Dec. 11 at 7 p.m. in the AHS auditorium.

In addition, the students will also use an electric violin while performing a piece from the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

To keep with the holiday theme, the orchestras ask all guests to wear mismatched mittens, fingerless gloves, silly scarves and/or hats.

According to their website, almost 100 AHS students comprise the Annandale Orchestra.
