These houses are overpriced for the location. Annandale is a declining neighborhood with poorly performing schools, capital flight, and VISA mills like the University of Northern Virginia and plenty other fly by night outfits posing as schools. If you're buying a home, I'd stay far away from Annandale. Annandale is not a good location and seems to be a draw for low income demographics.

I have lived here for almost 20 years, raised my daughter who attended Annanadale hs and got into all the best colleges. The diversity has enriched our lives, not diminished it. You could not be more wrong.
