Daily Crime Report: Car Crash on Little River Turnpike Injures Three

The following information was supplied by the Fairfax County Police Department in the most recent daily reports released March 13-14. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

The following items are from the recent daily activity reports from the Mason, West Springfield, and Franconia Police District Stations of the Fairfax County Police Department.

Crash, Little River Turnpike/Pinecrest Parkway (yellow on map), 3/12/13, 11:35 a.m. A driver going east on Little River TP lost control of her vehicle and crossed the median. She stuck another vehicle which was then struck by a vehicle following his. The striking driver was transported with life-threatening injuries. The other two drivers were transported with non life-threatening injuries. The case is under investigation.

Indecent Exposure, Commons Drive/Rectory Lane (purple on map), 3/12/13, 9:45 a.m. An 18-year-old reported a man stepped out of a vehicle and exposed himself. She ran off and the suspect fled.

Indecent Exposure, Lafayette Forest Drive/Patriot Drive (purple on map), 3/12/13, 5:55 p.m. A 23-year-old reported she was jogging and saw a man sitting in a vehicle. When she passed he exposed himself. She ran away.

Larcenies

5300 block of Pillow Lane (green on map), gun and tools from vehicle
