LoanMax Title Loans Moves Into Former Trophy Mart Building
The property was vacant for five months after Trophy Mart relocated this summer.
After five months of vacancy, the building at 7221 Little River Turnpike, the former site of Trophy Mart, is occupied once again.
LoanMax Title Loans moved in to the property two weeks ago, according to an employee who did not give her name.
The store provides short-term loans on car titles.
Their website states LoanMax Title Loans opened in Georgia in 1990 and has almost 1,000 stores in 20 states.
Trophy Mart, which spent more than 25 years at their Annandale location, relocated to a new property in Alexandria back in July.

Doesn't Annandale already have SEVERAL of these types of businesses? What is the Chamber of Commerce (or Penny Gross' office) doing to attract a VARIETY of businesses to Annandale? This is just sad and not looking good for the community.
