Lucky Dog, a Washington, DC-based animal rescue organization, called out its volunteers on Sunday for the adoption of dogs at an Annandale pet store. Raising dogs that were scheduled to be euthanized, the organization's volunteer foster "parents" brought nearly 60 adoptable dogs to the Annandale Petco.
