This restaurant was established in 1976 and was previously known as Fritzbe's Fantastic Flying Food Factory; in 1996, it became Silverado. It is one of 12 restaurants that make up Great American Restaurants (GAR). Silverado serves a wide range of American style food, from steak or seafood to Tex-Mex. Menus vary according to the day.
