Salesforce.com is now the solution of choice by many businesses to manage clients and product sales, as well as by nonprofits to track donations and volunteer information.  In this 4-hour workshop, students will learn the capabilities of Salesforce.com, plus try their hand at being a business user and build basic applications.

Prerequisite:

Students will need to have an active e-mail (like Yahoo or Gmail) that can be accessed during the class for the hands-on exercises.
