Join the Shepherd's Center of Annandale-Springfield Winter Adventures in Learning open house/registration on Wednesday, January 30th and take a free Easy Does It Yoga class from 9:15 - 10:30 am at the United Baptist Church 7100 Columbia Pike, Annandale. Then register for the 7-week session of classes that begin the next week on Wednesday, February 6th. Registration open 9:00 to 12:00 noon. We have some very educational classes planned: Our Two Frontiers - Up in Space and Under the Seas as well as Topics of Interest to Seniors. Classes are held each Wednesday from February 6th through March 20th from 9:15 -1:00. All sessions begin the day with Easy Does It Yoga . Cost only $45 for all Yoga and class sessions.
