Community Update
Please read the
Mason District Council petition and sign. The County wants to pass a zoning
ordinance that could allow up to 3 to 75 rental units in your neighbors
home. That is up to 3 people per unit so up to 225 people. They are passing it
as a new zoning category and will be considered Quasi Public so they can do it
under a special exception (ie. schools, parks, condolence care facility.) Let
the County know that you do not want this in your neighbor’s house after being
converted it will be an apartment building. Please Read & Sign! Also feel free to stop by your Board of Supervisor's office and let them know personally how you feel.
