Highest Sold Homes – Annandale & Fairfax: November

With 2 master bedrooms, one of which is on the main level and over 4,200 square feet of living space, the home at 4101 High Point Court had the highest sales price of all homes in Annandale this November, selling for $755,000.  The three highest listings sold for all of Fairfax County in November 2013:

1. 913 Douglass Drive, McLean, VA - Selling Price: $2,775,000

2. 502 River Bend Road, Great Falls, VA – Selling Price: $2,075,000
