MONDAY NIGHT RUNNING GROUP

Monday Runday at Lost Dog Café Dunn Loring is a 3.5 mile run, walk, or crawl followed by a group social featuring discounted food and draft specials from Lost Dog Café's famously delicious menu.

Each week runners of all abilities gather together for an 'out-and-back' course following Gallows Road and the W&OD Trail. Runners range in age from six to 60+ with the common themes of fitness and fun bringing everyone together.

Participation is totally free.  In addition to discounted draft and pizza prices, Lost Dog Café Dunn Loring rewards runners who attend 10 times with a free Lost Dog Café t-shirt.  Runners are encouraged to meet outside of Lost Dog Café by 6:15 p.m. to sign in and stretch.

Lauren Klumpp, who organizes the group, is a USATF Certified Coach and Founder of FOUR Corners Running, LLC.  She adds, "The course allows for everyone to go at their own pace and adjust their distance as needed.  Lost Dog Café has been a great host location.  Runners enjoy meeting new people each as well as the season’s best craft brews and pizza at a discount."
