My dog Otis is still lost!

Otis disappeared from my yard in Camelot on 9/22/2013. He has not returned and has not been sighted. If anyone has seen him, I would be very grateful if you would let me know. He is a mostly white haired, poodle/ terrier mix, neutered male, medium size and was last seen wearing a collar with tags and a leash. He also has a HomeAgain ID chip.
