Health and policy expert, Judith Owen, internationally-recognized authority on pediatric sleep from Children's National Medical Center (CNMC) will describe the research and neurobehavioral and health consequences of school start times. School Board Member, Megan McLaughlin, will also speak. Start times could change in Fall 2014.
