Green Spring Gardens to Host Fall Garden Day

There will be plant sales, live music, events for children and more.

Local plant vendors, gardeners and nature lovers will take over Green Spring Gardens on Saturday to celebrate Fall Garden Day.

Hosted by the Friends of Green Spring, residents can enjoy exhibits, crafts, life music and more from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Vendors will sell plants such as perennials, annuals, shrubs, edibles, trees and more.

There will also be events for children such as an interactive concert at 2 p.m. from the Virginia Virtuosi, a trio of musicians that have performed at various local events. The concert is $2 per person. Advanced registration is preferred and residents are asked to call 703-642-5173 to register for the show.
