Braddock Supervisor John Cook Participates in 'Jeans Day Fairfax' Campaign

Jeans Day Fairfax is an awareness campaign and fundraiser geared toward ending homelessness in Fairfax County.

In an effort to help end homelessness in Fairfax County, several local community organizations have partnered together for "Jeans Day Fairfax," an awareness campaign and fundraiser.

Jeans Day, which is Oct. 18, is sponsored by the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce, Connection Newspapers, Apple Federal Credit Union, and the Fairfax-Falls Church Community Partnership to Prevent and End Homelessness in partnership with Fairfax-Falls Church businesses, nonprofit and civic organizations, Fairfax County employees, Fairfax County Public School employees, the faith community and individuals.

Braddock District Supervisor John Cook and his staff pictured above were just one of the local groups participating in Jeans Day on Friday.
