Business Spotlight: Soju Sarang Sushi Bar Opens in Annandale
The new restaurant opened in Annandale's Seoul Plaza earlier this month.
A new sushi bar is the latest restaurant to call Annandale home.
Located at 4231 Markham St., in Annandale's Seoul Plaza, Soju Sarang specializes in sushi, sashimi and serves a variety of seafood dishes.
The restaurant officially opened for business on July 5.

Soju sits about 50 people and the restaurant serves specials during both lunch and dinner.
Owner Elaine S. said the restaurant's presence helps fill a void in Annandale. While many other restaurants may serve sushi, none are solely devoted to serving just sushi as fresh as Soju Sarang. The sushi and sashimi are the most popular items.

She also added that Annandale residents have responded positively to the restaurant's presence since opening earlier this month.
Soju Sarang is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
