Retired Washington Redskins Player to Visit Annandale

Brian Mitchell will sign autographs at Collector's World and meet with fans.

Retired Washington Redskins running back Brian Mitchell will visit Annandale next Saturday for a meet and greet with fans.

The event is from noon to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 11. Collector's World is located at 7030 Columbia Pike in the Annandale Shopping Center.

Mitchell, who spent 10 of his 14 years in the NFL with the Redskins, was inducted into the Redskins "Ring of Fame" in 2009. He currently works as a host and analyst for Comcast SportsNet's SportsTalk Live with Brian Mitchell.

Tickets for the event start at $20. For that, visitors can bring their own item for Mitchell to sign. The store is also offering ticket packages that include items for Mitchell to sign:
  • $25 for an 8x10 photo 
  • $40 for a 16x20 photo
  • $50 for a mini helmet

This is the second meet and greet hosted by Collector's World involving a Redskins player. Cornerback DeAngelo Hall stopped by to meet fans and sign autographs back in October
