Thai Food Opens in Annandale
A new Thai cuisine restaurant is now open in Annandale.
The restaurant, called Thai Food, opened on July 9, according to an employee. Located at 7031-2A Little River Turnpike beside Food Corner Kabob, the restaurant specializes in exactly what its name implies: thai food.
Patrons can select from reasonably priced appetizers such as spring rolls ($5.95), thai dumplings with shrimp, crab meat, and minced pork ($6.95), chicken satay with peanut sauce and order dishes such as soup, salad, red, green and panang curry. Thai Food also offers about 10 entrees including him-ma-parn, which is sauteed cashew nuts, onion, carrot and dried ppeper, among other dishes. The entrees can be ordered as-is or customers can add chicken, beef, pork, tofu or vegetables to the dish.

Thai Food is open Monday-Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., Saturday from 12 p.m. to 2 a.m., and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
