Dominion Announces Wednesday Work Locations

Thousands of residents are expected to have power back when they return from work.

Dominion Virginia Power this morning released a list of where crews will be working to restore power Wednesday.

The list is attached to this article as a pdf (available in the media box to the right).

"Lists are based on early morning work plans for crews. However, needs often change during a major restoration and crews stay on the move. They may visit, leave and return to some locations, and may perform work at locations not shown on today's list," according to Dominion.

The highest concentration of current outages are inside the Beltway, however hundreds more smaller outages exist across Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William Counties and elsewhere.

Dominion reported about 18,100 customers without power in Northern Virginia as of 9:40 a.m. Wednesday. The utility company still expects to have everyone's power restored by Thursday night.
