Good news, Annandale! The rain is leaving and the sun will make several appearances this week, including today. Here's your weather forecast for our area for today through Friday, Oct. 8.

Wednesday

High of 63 degrees today with a few showers expected in the evening. It will be fairly cool in the morning and throughout the afternoon. Bring a warm sweater or a light jacket if you're heading outside. It's expected to be warmest around 3 p.m. It might be a good idea to visit the Wakefield Farmers Market from 2-6 p.m. at Wakefield Park around then.

Thursday

It will be a little hotter on Thursday with temperatures reaching 74 degree. No chance of rain. Perfect weather for the Annandale Farmers Market from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Mason District Park and the Annandale High School football and volleyball games.

Friday
