Welcome to Annandale Patch

New website delivers all your local news online

Hello and welcome to Annandale Patch! My name is Sherell Williams.

I have only been an Annandale resident for a few months now, but I graduated from George Mason University in Fairfax. After living in the area for the last five years, I can proudly say that Fairfax County feels like home to me.

I have always held a deep appreciation for culture and Annandale is one of the most diverse cities I have ever visited. Granted, I haven't been to a lot of places, but I recognize what a wonderful multicultural community Annandale is. Those of you who live and work here know that Annandale is more than just a zip code. I believe that too.
