Kids Mini Color Run:

What is a Color Run?
A Color Run is a unique experience focused less on “speed” and more on “crazy color fun” for the kids. Color runners come from all different ages and speeds; but everyone participating has a blast!~ Color Run races will be broken up by age groups (all under the age of 12) and take place entirely on the New Hope Church campus. It’s a great way to end the event by watching your kids have a blast!

How does it work?
The Color Run has TWO SIMPLE rules: 1) Participants must wear the white t-shirt provided with registration. 2) Participants must have so much fun they cross the finish line looking like they fell into a Willy Wonka, tie-dyed, vat of colored goodness.

What is the Color?
Along the Mini Color Run, course volunteers with colors will blitz the kids as they pass through the yellow, orange, and pink Color Run zones. All products are 100% natural and safe. You can eat the stuff if you’d like (we’ve tried but don’t suggest it; it’s surprisingly high in calories and leaves a chalky after taste).

Parking available onsite at New Hope Church as well as at The Shoppes of Lorton Valley next store (8971 Ox Road; shuttle service will run back and forth all morning).

Spacious, clean, indoor restrooms available at the event.

Event Proceeds

The proceeds will benefit “Feed My Starving Children” (fmsc.org), an organization committed to feeding starving children around the world.

Stroller Policy

We do allow runners with strollers with some restrictions. Please start at the back of the pack. Do not weave through packs of runners, and always yield the right of way to other runners. As long as you run/push responsibly you're welcome to bring Junior along for the ride!

No Pets Please

Although we love animals, please do not bring pets. Thank you for understanding.
