Speaker: Curt Hoffman, Senior Manager for Real Estate with the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority
Program: Mr. Hoffman will provide an overview of the local commercial real estate market as well as a submarket analysis.
Mr. Hoffman's current responsibilities include helping to fulfill the commercial real estate needs of domestic and international prospects seeking to open or expand facilities in Fairfax County, and monitoring the County’s commercial inventory of more than 150 million square feet of office and industrial/hybrid space.
