Northern Virginia Antiques Arts Association meeting

FENTON ART GLASS

Meredith Fenton is the daughter of Mike & Kathy Fenton.  Mike was the Purchasing Manager of Fenton Art Glass.  Meredith spent many hours with her father in the factory and became a well-known face with all of the employees.  During her high school and college years she became a tour guide of the Fenton Gift Shop.  Although Meredith thought she would eventually return to the factory to work full time she never got the chance.  After a hundred years of hand-made glass and several generations of families working the factory, they closed their doors for business earlier this year. 

All are welcome as a guest and invited to join the Northern Virginia Antique Arts Association.  Dues are $20/year.  We meet montly the second Wed of every month at the Peace Luthern Church, 6362 Lincolnia Road, Alexandria, VA.
