Frustrated with Road Maintenance

Does anyone share my view that the road maintenance in/around Annandale is very poor.  I'm referring to the medians and beside the main roadways.  The grass is cut very infrequently  and when it is cut the clippings are scattered in the road.  Trash is everywhere.  The roads themselves need swept more frequently.  There is dirt, pebbles, cigarette butts, litter on the roads.  Travel down Main Street and see the difference between Fairfax City and Annandale.  The difference is amazing.
