Annandale Taxi Driver Pleads Guilty in Peach Therapy Massage Case
An unlicensed taxi driver, Jin Seob Oh, drove women across state lines to provide sexual services at the Annandale massage parlor.
A taxi driver from Annandale pleaded guilty to operating an unlicensed taxi business to transported women across state lines .
Jin Seob Oh, 41, is originally from South Korea but now lives in Annandale. He will be sentenced in February.
Oh admitted that he operated an unlicensed taxi business known as “Royal Taxi” and from February 2011 to April 2012 he transported women to work at Peach Therapy.

U.S. District Judge Gerald Bruce Lee accepted the plea, and officials from multiple agencies made the announcement, including: Neil H. MacBride, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia; John P. Torres, Special Agent in Charge of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in Washington, D.C.; Rick A. Raven, Special Agent in Charge of the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation’s (IRS-CI) Washington, D.C., Field Office; and John Wagner, Special Agent in Charge of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service’s (NCIS) Washington, D.C., Field Office.
