Capt. Gun Lee Leaving Mason District Station

Lee will announce the new station commander at Tuesday night's Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC).

After two years as commander of the Mason District Station of the Fairfax County Police Department, Capt. Gun Lee is leaving to take on a new role within the department.

Tuesday night’s Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) meeting at 7:30 p.m. in the Mason District Governmental Center in Annandale will be Lee’s last meeting.

Lee succeeded Maj. Ted Arnn in 2011 as commander when Arnn was promoted.

The CAC meeting will also feature a presentation from the department’s Bureau of Internal Affairs and the officer of the month presentation to six officers, according to the agenda.
