Crime Report: Cash Stolen From Annandale Home

The latest incidents reported to the West Springfield, Franconia, and Mason District Stations of the Fairfax County Police Department. These stations include portions of Annandale.


West Springfield District Station

Burglary
Cash was reported stolen from a home at 11:10 p.m. on June 16 from the 4900 block of Old Well Road in Annandale, according to police. There were no signs of forced entry.
 
Burglary
Refrigerant was reported stolen from a storage area at 10:10 a.m. on June 16 from the 5800 block of Chase Commons Court in Burke, according to the Fairfax County Police Department. Forced entry was made through a door.

8100 block of Cottage Rose Court: medication and electronic device stolen from residence
6600 block of Crayford Street: cell phone stolen from residence
7500 block of McWhorter Place: license plate stolen from vehicle

5800 block of Oak Leather Drive: two bicycles stolen from residence
9400 block of Ox Road: chainsaw stolen from residence
7800 block of Rectory Lane: beer stolen from business
5500 block of Sideburn Road: purse stolen from vehicle

Mason District Station
 
Burglary
Cash was reported stolen from a business at about 8 a.m. on June 14 on the 3700 block of Lacy Boulevard in the Bailey’s Crossroads area, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.

3100 block of Anchorway Court: purse from vehicle
6100 block of Arlington Boulevard: wallet stolen from business
3500 block of Beverly Drive: equipment stolen from vehicle
8900 block of Colesbury Place: keys stolen from vehicle
4000 block of Dakota Court: credit cards stolen from vehicle
3500 block of Gallows Road: electronic device and cash stolen from church
3300 block of Glen Carlyn Road: purse stolen from vehicle
5100 block of Leesburg Pike: gift cards stolen from business
7500 block of Marc Drive: wallet stolen from business
3500 block of South Jefferson Street: electronic device stolen from business

Franconia District Station
 
Robbery
A 24-year-old man reported that two or three people assaulted him and stole his wallet at about 3:30 a.m. on June 15 on the 6300 block of Deer Ridge Trail Court, according to police. The robbers fled and the victim had minor injuries.
 
Unlawful entry
An alarm that set off at a school brought the attention of police at about 5 a.m. on June 16 on the 7600 block of Telegraph Road in Alexandria. Two juveniles had entered the school, according to police. Nothing had been stolen.

7200 block of Little River Turnpike: hood stolen from vehicle
6700 block of Metropolitan Center Drive: license plate stolen from vehicle
6000 block of Pieco Court: guitar, sound mixer, microphones, and cables stolen from residence
5600 block of Queensberry Avenue: tires stolen from vehicle
6600 block of Springfield Mall: shoes stolen from business
6600 block of Springfield Mall: jewelry stolen from business
6500 block of Spring Valley: cell phone and driver’s license stolen from business
7600 block of Telegraph Road: cell phone stolen from school
6900 block of Villa del Rey: cash stolen from residence
