  • 6000 block of Leesburg Pike: Cell phone reported stolen from business
  • 6400 block of Maplewood Drive: Tools reported stolen from residence
  • 3200 block of Sherry Court: Tools reported from vehicle

Franconia District Station:


  • 6400 block of Brandon Avenue: Two cell reported stolen phones from business
  • 6700 block of Frontier Drive: Cell phone reported stolen from business
  • 6200 block of Gravel Avenue: License plates reported stolen from vehicle
  • 7900 block of Loisdale Road: Air compressor reported stolen from construction site
  • 7000 block of Rhoden Court: Registration stickers reported stolen from vehicle
  • 9900 block of Richmond Highway: Chess set reported stolen from vehicle

West Springfield District Station


A Springfield resident reported that someone entered their home through an unlocked window and stole jewelry, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.

The burglary took place at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 5500 block of Moultrie Road, according to police.


A resident reported that several items were stolen from their home, including a safe. Police said that the burglary took place at 9:10 p.m. Tuesday on the 5300 block of Inverchapel Road. The burglar had forced their way into the home through a window.
