Man Reportedly Flashes Girl Near Annandale High School

The incident, which occurred on Tuesday, occurred near Commons Drive and Rectory Lane.

A man reportedly flashed a girl Tuesday while she was walking to school, near Commons Drive and Rectory Lane in Annandale, the Annandale High School (AHS) newspaper The A-Blast reported Wednesday.

According to the report, the girl was walking toward AHS when she was approached by what she described as a Hispanic man who exposed himself to her. The man is described as 5'7" feet tall, around 170 pounds, wearing a black jacket, and driving a dark green, older model sedan. The girl reportedly was not familiar with the man prior to the incident.

Lucy Caldwell, public information officer with the Fairfax County Police Department, confirmed the information in the A-Blast's report. Caldwell said the police did not have additional information to release at this time. No word Wednesday on the time the indecent exposure incident occurred.

Annandale High School Principal Vincent Randazzo sent a safety and security warning to all parents and faculty about the incident, the A-Blast reports.
