Carnal Knowledge of a Minor/Arrest
Police arrested a 22-year-old man for having sexual relations with a 14-year-old girl at her home on Wadsworth Court on Tuesday, February 8 some time between 5:30 a.m. and 7:15 a.m. Mario E. Ramirez Chicas, of 4104 Wadsworth Court #103 in Annandale, was charged with three counts of carnal knowledge of a minor.
