Robbery

A male robbed a 19-year-old woman in the area of Backlick Road and Jayhawk
Street around 9:39 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 1. The suspect was wearing a white hoodie and blue jeans and fled in a dark-colored, four-door vehicle. The victim did not require medical attention.
Robbery

Three men robbed a 30-year-old man at gunpoint in the 4900 block of Americana Drive around 8 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 30. One of the suspects was apprehended; Kelvin Darnell Mercer, 20, of 7509 Little River Turnpike #3 in Annandale, was taken to jail and charged with robbery and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. The victim was not injured.

4100 block of Chatelain Road—iPad and iPhone stolen from vehicle
7300 block of Little River Turnpike—chips stolen from business
