Police Blotter Sept. 26: Bank Robbery, Larcenies

The following arrest information was supplied by the Fairfax County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following items came from recent police updates from the West Springfield, Franconia and Mason District Stations of the Fairfax County Police Department.

Bank robbery, 6198-A Arlington Boulevard, Sept. 18. Police are investigating a bank robbery that occurred Sunday, Sept. 18 at TD Bank on Arlington Boulevard. At about 3:20 p.m., a man entered the bank and passed a note to the teller demanding money. The teller complied, and the man fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. There were no injuries. The suspect is described as white; 55 to 60 years old; approximately 5 feet, 9 inches to 6 feet tall; thin build; and wearing a grey hoodie. Larcenies through Sept. 21:

  • A bicycle was stolen from a residence in the 6500 block of Columbia Pike.
  • Prescription medication was stolen from a business in the 6500 block of Columbia Pike.
  • Copper wire was stolen from a business in the 3300 block of Gallows Road.
  • Credentials were stolen from a vehicle in the 3300 block of Lauriston Place.
  • A wallet was stolen from a business in the 6100 block of Little River Turnpike
  • Car keys were stolen from a business in the 6200 block of Little River Turnpike.
  • Liquor was stolen from a business in the 7200 block of Little River Turnpike.
  • Jewelry was stolen from a residence in the 7200 block of Masonville Drive.
  • An iPhone was stolen from a residence in the 5500 block of Seminary Road.
  • A GPS, speakers and a radio were stolen from a vehicle in the 5600 block of Seminary Road.
  • Tools were stolen from a vehicle in the 4200 block of Sleepy Hollow Road.
  • Cosmetic supplies were stolen from a business in the 3500 block of South Jefferson Street.
  • A bicycle was stolen from a residence in the 3300 block of Stoneybrae Drive.
  • Speakers were stolen from a vehicle in the 4600 block of Americana Drive.
  • A bag was stolen from a vehicle in the 8200 block of Branch Road.

  • A 2003 Dodge Caravan was stolen from the 6500 block of Columbia Pike.
  • A 2001 Hyundai Accent was stolen from the 4900 block of Fran Place.
  • A 1998 Nissan Pathfinder was stolen from the 3600 block of Malibu Circle.
  • A 2000 Dodge was stolen from the 4900 block of Manitoba Drive.
  • A 1998 Dodge van was stolen from the 4900 block of Casimir Street.
  • A Honda CRV was stolen from the 4700 block of Commons Drive.
