Burglary Reported in Annandale, Car Theft Reported in Springfield
Incident(s) from the latest daily activity report provided by the Fairfax County Police Department on Dec. 5-6. Mentioned arrests do not indicate convictions.
The following incidents were reported in the Mason, West Springfield and Franconia Districts and pulled from the daily activity report released Thursday and Friday by the Fairfax County Police Department.
Sobriety Checkpoint: There will be a Sobriety Checkpoint Saturday, Dec. 7, in the West Springfield Police District, according to the Fairfax County Police Department. A portion of Annandale is part of the West Springfield Police District.
Burglary (red on map)
7700 block of Suraci Court, 12/4/13. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.
Larcenies (green on map)
6200 block of Little River Turnpike, liquor from business
4900 block of Heritage Court, package from residence
Stolen Vehicles (purple on map)
5200 block of Port Royal Road, 2003 Ford E250
