The series of fondling incidents took place between March 22 and April 19 in the Bailey’s Crossroads area of Fairfax County.

Police said at the time that the suspect "acts quickly and victims have been unable to identify many details, however due to the high density population along the busy Route 7 and 50 corridor, detectives believe there may be witnesses who haven’t come forward."
