Police: Purse Reported Stolen in Bradlick Shopping Center

The following incidents were reported in the Mason, West Springfield and Franconia Districts and pulled from the daily activity report released by the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD).
Directed Patrol
Officers from the Franconia Police District patrolled the county searching for drunk drivers on Jan. 11. One driver was charged with DWI. Twenty-seven summonses and twenty-four warnings were issued.
Burglary
4500 block of Commons Drive, 1/12/14. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.
Larcenies
6900 block of Bradlick Shopping Center, purse from business
4600 block of Commons Drive, bag from vehicle
