Police: Vacant Apartment Broken Into on Patriot Drive

The following arrest information was supplied by the Fairfax County police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following items came from recent police updates through July 25 from the West Springfield, Franconia and Mason District stations of the Fairfax County Police Department.

Unlawful Entry

7800 block of Patriot Drive, July 20, 2012, 11 a.m. Officers were called by maintenance personnel for evidence that someone broke into a vacant apartment. The was some minor damage and stained carpets.

Destruction, 7100 block of Little River Tpke., July 20, 2012. A vehicle window was smashed; a camera and iPad were stolen.

Drugs, 4500 block of Backlick Rd., July 20, 2012. Following a traffic stop, an individual was found to be in possession of marijuana.

Larceny, 7100 block of Little River Tpke., July 20, 2012. A vehicle window was smashed; a purse was stolen.
