Two Arrested After Restaurant Brawl in Annandale

Two men were charged with assault, felony destruction of property and more after refusing to pay their bill.

Two men were arrested and charged with assault and felony destruction of property, among other charges, following an incident at a restaurant in Annandale.

Fairfax County police were called to the 7200 block of Columbia Pike on Dec. 26 around 1:23 a.m. after the men allegedly refused to pay their bill at the restaurant.

The men assaulted an employee and destroyed many items in the restaurant, according to police. The employee was not seriously injured.

Hai Young Kim, 33, of Fairfax, and Kwang Jong Yun, 31, of Newport News, were later arrested and charged with assault, felony destruction of property, and being drunk in public.
