Voice of Vietnamese Americans Candidates Forum

The Voice of Vietnamese Americans will host a candidate meet and greet and forum on Friday, Oct. 28 at the Mason District Government Center in Annandale. Residents will have the opportunity to speak to the candidates running for positions to represent Mason District.

Doors will open at 6 p.m. The forum is scheduled to began at 6:30 p.m. Candidate remarks are from 8:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Mason District Supervisor Penny Gross, challenger David Feld, Robert Sarvis, candidate for the 35th Senate District, Sen. Dave Marsden (D-37th), and Gerarda Culipher, candidate for the 34th Senate district,  Mason District School Board representative Sandy Evans, and at-large candidates Lin-Dai Kendall, Lolita Mancheno-Smoak, Ilryong Moon, Steve Stuban, Ted Velkoff, Col. Jim Leslie, candidate for the 38th House District against incumbent Del. Kaye Kory are expected to attend.

Fairfax County Chairman Sharon Bulova and challenger Spike Williams were also invited to participate along with candidates for Fairfax County Sheriff.
