Live Blog: Local County, House and Senate Election Results
Your southern Fairfax County Patch websites are hosting a live blog of election results, tweets, photos from candidate's results parties and more. The blog will launch at 6:30 p.m.
In addition to following multiple House and Senate races (including the Baker-Barker and Puller-Frederick Senate races), we’re covering all southern Fairfax County Board of Supervisors races, the sheriff’s race and the soil and water commission elections.
The focal points of this live blog are the elections covering residents in Alexandria, Annandale, Burke, Fort Hunt, Lorton, Mount Vernon and the surrounding communities. These include House districts 37 - 45 and 53, Senate districts 30, 34 - 37 and 39, and the Braddock, Lee, Mason, Mount Vernon, Providence and Springfield districts of Fairfax County.
