Why Can't I Lose Weight?

"Eat Less, Exercise More" has been the mantra for weight loss for decades.  But some people struggle with their weight despite regular exercise and plenty of salads.  When your metabolism is "stuck", this oversimplified strategy just makes you hungry and irritable. 

This lecture discusses lesser known factors that impede weight loss and what you can do to "rev up" your metabolism.   We will also discuss why "counting calories" is a recipe for disappointment.
