Nielsen, Reynolds Head to Regionals as Athletes of the Week
Senior golfers will participate in individual competition beginning Tuesday
Greg Nielsen tied for fifth in the Patriot District golf tournament, and will participate in the individual competition in the Northern Region championship Tuesday and Wednesday. Teammate Eric Reynolds finished two shots behind Neilsen, and will join him at Twin Lakes Golf Course this week.
Nielsen shot a three-over 75 and four-over 76, tying in fifth place with three other golfers.
Reynolds is excited to continue his prep golfing career, albeit in somewhat bittersweet fashion.

"Our team didn't pull through like we wanted," Reynolds said. "I'd rather go as a team instead of just individually."
The Northern Region championship begins Tuesday at 11 a.m.
