Received a bill on 7/8/11 for services in Jan 2010! Angrily highlighted as SERIOUSLY over due. Called the contact number 4 times between 2 pm and 4 pm..no answer. Called the office...no answer. Left a "very upset" message, Got a call back @0818 today (7/11) long story short they had been sending the bill monthly to an address in Alexandria that I have not lived at since 3/09! Only recently were bills returned and marked, "MOVED." A bill for $20....really send it to a collection agency because they have the wrong address...really. Not even an OOPPSS or "Sorry" from the person I spoke with. Efficiency is not an office strong point here.
