Nightmare! They poured the solution back into the bottle when finished soaking my nail. My technician didn't understand my questions - bad from the get go!

I've been going to this business for about 15 years or more. I find them friendly, the nail technicians know what they're doing and they keep their shop very clean, I've been here a number of times and watched them clean before closing. I've never had a problem here and Helen or Kim the co-owners are great. My nails are always done exactly as I like them and they do everything from handpainting for decoration for a design to just a regular french manicure. The do great pedicures too and have new pedicure stations that were installed earlier this year. I think the fact that I've been going here so long speaks for itself. There are other nail salons in Annandale, I prefer this one.
