All the staff members are horribly under-trained.
Manager doesn't care if you have an issue.
The Store Employees might seem nice, but they just want you out of there. If they don't see it in one section, the wont go look in other section.
The Garage staff can't work on European cars.
Setting up an Appointment doesn't guarantee you will have your car looked at on that day.
Cash Registers are old and malfunctioning. Don't Pay with a Card.
Customer Service Claim wont process your claim or call you when they say they will. "It will take up to 48 hours" the operator said.
Avoid at all cost.
