Szechuan Star is a popular award-winning Chinese restaurant. It serves fine Chinese cuisine with a low concentration of oil. This is our go-to for Chinese takeout. I was going to comment on how many lighter options they have on their menu, but it looks like the National Restaurant Association beat me to it!
