Annandale High School Band Gears Up for Tag Day Fundraiser
On Saturday, members of the Annandale High School band will go door-to-door to collect donations for the music department.
Editor's Note: Annandale High School will not be only high school visiting Annandale homes for Tag Day. The W.T. Woodson High School and Falls Church High School band students will also knock in doors in Annandale neighborhoods that fall under their boundaries. If you won't be home, you can donate to the Woodson band via their website www.woodsonband.org or to the Falls Church band at www.jaguarband.org. -- If you hear a knock at your door on Saturday, the person on your porch may be an Annandale High School (AHS) band member asking for money. This Saturday is the annual Tag Day fundraising event for the AHS band and color guard and students will be going door-to-door asking residents for donations to support the school’s music program. …
